Technical Writer
Location: Covid-time remotely Warsaw, Poland (onsite after the pandemic)

Our technical documentation is one of the essential elements supporting our product development. More than 15,000 users per month read it, and it significantly contributes to the level of product satisfaction of our current and potential customers. That is why we are looking for a proactive, committed and creative person to join our team as Technical Writer.
Together with our Design Team and Product Owners, you will ensure that our users (current and potential) always find up-to-date, engaging, precise and easy to understand materials to help them understand all the features and frequent changes in our products. We are looking for someone with skills to create high-quality technical content with multiple tools and in various formats.
As a Technical Writer, you’ll be responsible for
- Creating and updating our product documentation in English according to internal company standards
- Close cooperation with the analysis team and developers

- A minimum of one year experience in creating user documentation for IT products
- Ability to produce engaging, easy-to-understand and logical user manuals and other, related materials
- Proficient English language skills (native or near-native), both written and spoken
- Excellent understanding of English stylistic principles
- Very good knowledge of text and graphics editors
- Hands-on, proactive and team-player attitude
