We are Swedish company headquartered in Linköping with few offices in Europe, US and Australia.
Now we are looking for Technical Writer to join our team at Medius**R&D Lab** in **Krakow**.
Job description
- Main responsibility will be to create and maintain documentation of our flagship product – MediusFlow XI. It includes Online Help, User Guides, Admin Guides and also reviewing other content like our website or release notes.
- Work with our development teams and product owners to collect information and develop documents used by end-users and consultants.
- Ability to find the information needed (through written and verbal communication) in order to write thorough documentation.
- Having the “guts” to reach out to developers, quality assurance, product owners, consultants and others in the company in order to fetch the information needed to write documentation.
- Important to keep the end-user in mind as they will not always be a technical person.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ Years of Experience in Technical Writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
- Proven ability to write for a wide variety of audiences with a range of expertise
- Familiar with basics accounting concepts AP-process
- Familiar with Agile development
- Familiar with tools such as Office and Wiki based software (we use Confluence)
