Our documentation is one of the essential elements supporting our product development. More than 15,000 users per month read it, and it significantly contributes to the level of product satisfaction of our current and potential customers. That is why we are looking for a proactive, committed, and creative person to join our team as Technical Writer.
Together with our Marketing Team and Product Owners, you will ensure that our users (current and potential) always find up-to-date, engaging, precise, and easy-to-understand materials to help them understand all the complex features and frequent changes in our products. We are looking for someone with the skills to create high-quality technical content with multiple tools and in various formats.
As a Technical Writer at BigPicture you will:
- Create and update end-user documentation in English according to internal company standards,
- Coordinate the translation process of the app into other languages,
- Ensure correctness and tonal consistency of text with the application,
- Get in touch with us if you have,
- Knowledge and experience of working with Jira,
- Experience in creating documentation or instructions for users,
- Ability to produce engaging, easy-to-understand, and logical user manuals and other related materials,
- Proficient English language skills (native or near-native), both written and spoken,
- Excellent understanding of English stylistic principles,
- Knowledge of Confluence and Scroll Viewport,
- Hands-on, proactive, and team-player attitude,
- Plenty of creative energy.
